上次提到的爛EE副理, 我終於受不了他了
上週二吵到12點多發現一點建設性也沒有
我於是發了一封mail給他老闆Yeh sir, 但沒有CC給我們家老大
我只是想讓大家知道目前的狀況而已, 
唉, ~~~ 我也不知道這樣做對不對, 總之,.....我咆哮了.........
以下是信件的原文....沒有相關人名, 我想沒關係

  sorry for writing this mail to you but I thought I still need to said some thing or we will lose the business
  I didn’t send this mail to Jeff just because I want to get your opinion first
  so far the technical issue are serious complained by Customers
  I don’t know our PL / EE do any thing in this project, and following is some point from my side.

  1. for the bug list, he didn’t update any item, even I discuss with him, but still can’t get any positive feedback,
    All I could get is “this is not our responsibility”, or “I don’t know why customer asked this issue”, or “You(IGGY) should hold a meeting to solve it”
    fine, if we can’t provide solution, All I need is a reliable answer to convince customer but he never gave me, that make me confused

  2. For the technical field, I didn’t see any ability form him, when I have issue, I pass to him, but he always push to other dept but didn’t solve it, I don’t know if it he do any favor for this issue

  3. for the project status, he didn’t know any either for the bug list nor for the project status, I thought a EE or PL should know more tech issue than me but not explain to him every time

    for the project, I sent him every mail related to this project, I don’t know if he read or not, because he always said he don’t know 
    and rare to ask me about the technical issue if I didn’t mention him again. 

  4. if I discuss a issue with him, he always said the issue is still related to other function, fine, he should coordinate this but he didn’t, I don’t know who should do this …

    I could handle the People issue for all of my team member but not a assistant to serve them  

    some main action like schematic to gerber out, this process should be handled by EE, but I don’t know what he do expect he push the job to Jimmy and
 the bug is still happened after he take one day to confirm the gerber.

  5. for these tech issue, I take almost 70% to coordinate these issue, I don’t know if it is what I should do now because I can’t complete take care about my project status

I know I also not enough for this position, and I already do my best to do it, 
but for our PL/EE, I only heard “I don’t know”, or “this is not my business” , this kind of answer take me more time to cover the tech issue

I write this mail is not caused by my anger today or yesterday, 

it is because I already got lots complain form customers, but I don’t know how to drive EE to solve it 

this kind of tech issue shouldn’t be control by PM…. but I already involved too much.

I know you are busy, but I still hope you could take care this project
or maybe you have different point of view for my opinion
